Why is my system making a loud noise?

A loud noise indicates that the system is undergoing its cleaning process, which typically occurs once every two weeks, around 2 am.

How often should the system's minerals be changed?

The system’s minerals should be changed every 5-6 years, depending on the household’s water consumption.

How often should the reverse osmosis (RO) unit's minerals be changed?

The RO unit’s minerals should be changed every 3-2 years, depending on the household’s water consumption.

Can I relocate my system if I move?

Yes, please contact customer service at 919-790-5475 ext. 103 to coordinate a technician visit for relocation.

What happens if there is a power outage?

The system will resume normal operation once power is restored.

How will I know when to add salt to my system?
